This is our guarantee that when you receive the product, every handcrafted, stainless steel jewellery piece is free of any manufacturing and material defects. This warranty is valid for the whole duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime and begins on the date of purchase from Obsidiann Accessories.

The warranty is subject to applicable laws and will immediately become void if you purchase the a copy/clone of one of our products from a different manufacturer or an unauthorized retailer of Obsidiann Accessories. To inquire if your jewellery is covered under this warranty, please email info@obsidiann.co.uk with your order number, full name, address and pictures of the issue with the piece of jewellery. Please include ‘Lifetime Warranty’ as the subject of your email to avoid overlooking.

Please also note that we will expect you to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs or replacements in the following cases, even during the term of warranty : Damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster, ie. Earthquakes, aesthetic changes which are naturally occurring from normal everyday use like minor scratches, alterations to the actual colour of the piece (plating etc). We also hold the right to reject any warranty claims we suspect to be fraudulent.
