If you’ve purchased a handcrafted piece from us and you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you are covered by a 30-day policy. This entitles you to a refund or return during the first 30 days of your purchase.

However, all our stainless steel accessories do come with Lifetime Warranty which protects you from damage to your pieces purchased from Obsidiann Accessories for the duration of your lifetime. But if you’d like to return your item within the first 30 days it must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging that we send it out to you in.

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase from yourselves and please send all returns to Obsidiann Accessories, 43 Pinnington Lane, Stretford, M32 5PB.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have your returned item. It will then be inspected by our in-house quality team who will also notify you of approval, or rejection, of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@obsidiann.co.uk and send your item to: Obsidiann, 43 Pinnington Lane, Stretford, M32 0AA

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
